Success is a very beautiful & bright full thing everyone want to have. Always there is a race for success. Whether it may regarding to Education, Business, Job, Sports someone wants to stand one step higher then others. Everyone want to be succeed in their life because happiness comes from success.
What is success :
- Having huge money & accumulated Assets.
- Having Good health.
- Having good & supportive family.
- Having Prestige & Position in Society
Success means having all the above. Having huge money without good health has no meaning, having good health with out good family has no meaning, having prestige & position in society without money has also no meaning. Hence Success is the combination of all the above because all the above leads to happiness and ultimately to a peaceful life.
Now most difficult question is how to get Success?. Whether Success comes by someone's own effort and hard work or someone get it due to destiny. Most difficult question and debatable issue.......
The peoples who are success generally says " destiny is nothing and we have achieved the success due to our effort and hard work".
Now come to the failures, the people who are failure generally says " destiny is everything, effort and hard work is nothing".
What is true.................. what success people speak or what failure people say.
Have we ever think that whether failure people not do any hard work. Whether one student in the class who comes first out of hundred students study more then one-two hours a day then remaining 99 students in the class. The answer will be "may not", then what is the key to success?
There can be one probable answer that the Success people do their hard work in a smart way or in a different way then others do. If this is the answer then what success people says "destiny is nothing" is correct.
Astrologers predict the future. If future can be predicted to a considerable extent then it will be correct to say that "destiny is something or may be everything". In Astrology there are 12 houses in a horoscope. Different house says different things relating to a person's destiny. If one house is strong due to good planets then the person gets good result relating to those areas that house relate, similarly if one house is weak due to bad planets then the person gets bad result relating to the areas of that house. If second house is strong then one will have good accumulated wealth and if second house is bad then one will have very less or no accumulated wealth. Similarly if fifth house is weak then one will have problem with the children and if seventh house is good then one will have good married life.
A good Astrologer can predict whether a person can have a good accumulated wealth by analyzing the second house similarly can predict whether a person can have a good married life by analyzing seventh house of one's horoscope. This thing can be predicted up to a considerable extent even in case of a new born baby. If this is true then the "destiny is everything" as Astrology is a divine Science.
No one can predict the exact future but one good astrologer can give a broad picture of the expected happenings in our life based on the divine science of Astrology. Hence there is something called "Destiny" otherwise how the Astrologers can read it.
If there is "Destiny" then efforts and hard work have no use for Success. Is it true.............?

For Success we need both Efforts & Hard work as well as Destiny. For achieving Success the fact is "without efforts & hard work destiny has no meaning and without destiny efforts & hard work has no meaning.
For Success you should have both "Efforts & Hard work" and "Destiny", only one can not help to achieve Success.
Few Tips for Job Interview
Now a days, it is a very difficult task to prepare ourselves for the job interview. Specifically this is the most common problem for the Fresher's. Even if they are talented, even if they are confident, but they are unable to get the Job. Following are few tips everyone should follow during the job interview :
Most common question asked in the job interview that " tell me something about yourself ?". In the answer do not say " my name is so..so.., my Father's name is so..so.., my age is so..so.., my hubby is so..so..etc". All these things already written in your resume. Say about your telent, past achievement, your strength, your confidence, your hard working, how you are different from others and how you are suitable for the job.
Second most common question is "what is the reason to leave your present job?". In the answer never say either for growth or for number of short comings of your present company. Show some other reason that my interest is some different areas or company is going to shift some different place or for some other personal reason. Every company wants to hire a person who must have stability and who will work for a long run.
In the interview never blaim your present company or management. Never disclose confidential information of your present company.
If the interviewer does not ask about your strong areas of your education or carrier, still you should explain these things.
During interview you should show that you are enough confident to full feel the requirements of the Job.
Be positive... Leave fear and you will get success.
